I took the Senior Circle and Siri Fostvedt Memorial Tree photos from the Chia to make a point. I've been told that the then existing 
Administration callously and with no respect for PSHS history simple tore out these former class gifts/memorials donated by the 
students during the school's remodeling.  ALL former classes are as much a part on PSHS as any current class and I consider this 
a huge disrespect to us all. It was only through the considerable efforts of former faculty member Larry Phelps and Class of 72 
grad Cindy Whiteley that Siri's memory was preserved. I was also told that the Ron Pendergast Tree was also removed.


Time moves on and changes are needed, but PSHS needs to come up with a plan that respects and preserves the 
heritage, gifts and memorials of former classes.
